"Probably the other most influential album in the gothic metal genre with Tiamat's "A Deeper Kind Of Slumber".
On this album, the male death metal growls have been replaced by dark melancholic clean vocals. The music remains very doomy, but with less contrast between aggressive and mellow parts. Some of the songs even have a catchy melody...
Clearly the best album from the band. Highly recommended."
