Genesis - Selling England by the Pound 1973
One of the best ever. Hackett and Banks were the kings of this era for sure. All four long tracks are stellar, unique compositions, while the shorter tracks are very nice to listen to. Firth of Fifth is the highlight here Comment by Semprini 10 years ago
Haken - Visions 2011
Perfect follow-up. Losing the death vocals was the right call. Another album where every single song is superb. Standouts are Nocturnal Conspiracy and Visions. Comment by Semprini 10 years ago
Steven Wilson - Grace For Drowning 2011
Wilson completely lets loose and the result is fantastic. Remainder the Black Dog and Raider II are favourites but I love every song on this album. Comment by Semprini 10 years ago
Opeth - Heritage 2011
Completely blown away, this is a brave album. Didn't take many listens to become my favourite Opeth offering. Highlights: Devil's Orchard, Nepenthe, Famine, I Feel the Dark Comment by Semprini 10 years ago
Steven Wilson - Insurgentes 2009
So underrated. Every track feels like it has a totally different approach to it. One of my favourites |
